The continuum of care in treatment offers step-down levels from Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), and General brighton sober living Outpatient Treatment. Each resident will follow a personalized path through the appropriate levels of care. Day Treatment is offered five days a week for four hours per day, and can last for 2-4 weeks. It includes individual therapy, family therapy and medication management during medical provider visits. IOP is run four days a week for three hours, and lasts 2-3 months. BCC offers multiple group times to accommodate almost any work, school, or service schedule.
